Accessible Tickets T&C – Holiday on Ice (EN)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND USE OF ACCESSIBLE TICKETS
Holiday on Ice – Cinema of Dreams
Unipol Dome, 15–17 January 2027
Preamble
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the purchase and use of admission tickets reserved for persons with disabilities who require assistance and for their companions (the “Accessible Tickets”) in relation to the show selected within the event “Holiday on Ice – Cinema of Dreams” (the “Event”), which will take place at the Unipol Dome on 15, 16 and 17 January 2027.
These Terms do not apply to admission tickets other than and/or in addition to the Accessible Tickets, and/or to events and/or shows other than and/or in addition to the shows of the Event, as specifically identified in Article 1 below.
The sale of the Accessible Tickets is managed by TicketOne S.p.A. (“TicketOne”) in the name and on behalf of Arena Milano Management S.r.l., the latter acting as organiser of the Event and operator of the Unipol Dome (the “Organiser”). The contract for the purchase of the Accessible Tickets is concluded directly between the purchaser and the Organiser.
For all matters not expressly derogated from or governed by these Terms, the General Terms and Conditions of Contract of TicketOne S.p.A. (the “TicketOne GTC”), available at www.ticketone.it, shall apply. In the event of conflict, these Terms shall prevail.
The purchase of Accessible Tickets implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and of the TicketOne GTC.
Section I — Subject Matter
1. Dates and times of the Event shows:
Saturday 16 January 2027 at 15:00
Saturday 16 January 2027 at 20:45
Sunday 17 January 2027 at 11:00
Sunday 17 January 2027 at 17:00
2. Available packages
2.1 These Terms govern the specific conditions applicable to the purchase and use of Accessible Tickets in relation to the show selected within the Event. Accessible Tickets are reserved for persons with disabilities who require assistance (each, an “Eligible Person”) and for their companions (each, a “Companion”), and among these, in particular:
persons with reduced or impaired mobility who use a wheelchair, and their companions; and
persons with reduced mobility or another type of disability who do not use a wheelchair, and their companions.
2.2 Accessible Tickets are sold exclusively in indivisible packages, each made up as follows:
for Eligible Persons with reduced or impaired mobility who use a wheelchair, and their Companions, a package is reserved consisting of 1 (one) admission ticket to the selected show for the Eligible Person, including a space without a seat specially equipped to accommodate a person in a wheelchair, and 1 (one) admission ticket to the selected show, including a reserved seat for the Companion (the “Type A Package”); and
for Eligible Persons with reduced mobility or another type of disability who do not use a wheelchair, and their companions, a package is reserved consisting of 1 (one) admission ticket to the selected show for the Eligible Person, including a seat located in an area with facilitated accessibility, and 1 (one) admission ticket to the selected show, including a reserved seat for the Companion (the “Type B Package” and, together with the Type A Packages, the “Packages”).
2.3 Packages are available in limited numbers and are allocated in the chronological order in which purchase orders are completed, while availability lasts.
Adding a Package to the basket or starting the purchase procedure does not guarantee a booking. The purchase is deemed completed only upon completion of the transaction and receipt of the relevant order confirmation.
The number of Accessible Tickets available for each show is limited. Once the available Packages are sold out, sales for that category will close, with no obligation to make additional spaces available.
2.4 The admission ticket for the Eligible Person and the admission ticket for the relevant Companion cannot be purchased individually or separately. Consequently, it is not permitted to purchase only one of the admission tickets making up the Package, nor to purchase the tickets making up the Package at two separate times. Accessible Tickets may not be transferred individually or separately. Separate use of the Accessible Tickets included in each Package is deemed non-compliant use pursuant to Article 9 below.
2.5 The space reserved for the Eligible Person who uses a wheelchair is not equipped with a conventional seat; the purchaser acknowledges this at the time of purchase.

7.2 If requested in accordance with Article 5 above, the price of the Package will also include free parking.
7.3 Booking fees and/or service fees and/or charges applied by TicketOne under the TicketOne GTC and/or by the Organiser may be added to the price of the Package.
